1500 calories, what ratio 60/25/15

and she wants 60% protien, 25% carbs, and 15% fats

how many grams does each come out too???

As bad as i hate to say it im not good at this either...the way u got it done i dont think its going to tell you how many grams bro..its just out of 1500 calories..60% of the calories should be from protein 25% should be from carbs and 15% should be from fats.

protein = 1500 x .6 / 4 = 225g
carbohydrates = 1500 x .25 / 4 = 93.75g
fats = 1500 x .15 / 9 = 25g
