    creatine and gear

    Should take creatine whlie u are on,does any of the gear help atp like creatine would cell tech be agood replacement for insulin

    creatine will hold hold water...so depending on the gear...u might look more bloated

    creatine holds water intramuscularly, so there would be no bloat. and also, creatine is nothing like insulin , not even remotely close. save the creatine for post cycle to help you hold on to your weight.

    I know creatine is nothing like insulin just wondered it so called insulin spike in would be comparable to insulin

    It can absolutely not be compared;an insulin spike due to sugar is not the same that an insulin supplementation...keepin the creatine (or cell-tech,it doesn't matter) between cycles is a good idea to felp to stay strong between cycles...
