    Unhappy Do I have Gyno?

Earlier today I had the worst scare of all in the gym. I put on my thin workout T-shirt and then realised my nipples were "sticking out" a bit more than normal (a fair bit in fact). Scared the shit out of me.

My current cycle is Deca 500 mgs a week, Test Cyp 600 mgs a week. I also take 20 mgs of Nolva twice every week. After this scare I took 40 mgs of Nolva right after the work-out and will repeat that for the next few days. Will also get Vitamin B6 from the pharmacy tomorrow.

    But is it too late?

Honestly man, i think you'll be alright. I havent ever cycled before, and my nips have always had a slight puffyness to them. To where their shape is somewhat noticable on my tighter shirts.

I should add that I have already dropped the Deca (was on it for 8 weeks in total) and will take Test for the next two weeks and then do PCT 18 days after the last shot of Test.

Ill get the Vit B6 tomorrow. Can this be reversed somewhat if it is in the early stages? I didn't have this problem when I had my work-out on Wednesday - so this looks like its about 3 to 4 days old.

I don't feel any soreness or itchiness. They do feel a little tender but nothing unusual so far. Don't feel a lump either.

I could shave it all off but that is a real pain. The picture is quite big and when seen full sized should give more of an indication.

So if I take Letro/Vit B6 and Nolva for the next few weeks, would it avoid the need for any surgery? Does surgery become necessary only at a later stage of development?

Thanks for all the responses guys. I really got spooked this afternoon. Couldn't even concentrate on my workouts properly.

Do we need a prescription to get Vit B6 in this country or can you get it from Boots OTC?

I ran both on my cycle. IMO it won't hurt to run both. B6 is extremely cheap bro.

    Agreed.

Just to cover all bases I'd also run Vit-B6 100-200mg/ED. Dont exceed 200mg/ED. Its cheap and effective also, as Matrix stated.

Thanks. I just ordered some Letro too. Got the B6 this morning as well. I am also taking 40 mgs of Nolva a day at the moment.

Dunno how long the Letro will take to get to England though.

How much Letro should I take when it gets here? Can it also be used during PCT as a substitute for Ldex/Arimidex ?

I wouldnt use it in the place of L-Dex/Arimidex for PCT. Although its good at reducing estrogen, raising LH/FSH, its a little to effective at reducing estrogen. L-Dex or Arimidex with what ever compounds your using for PCT is a better idea IMO. Aromasin would be the best choice.

For Letro, start at 0.25-0.5mg/ED. When coming off it, taper the dosage down slowly or use Nolva at a low dose for 2-3 weeks to avoid and estrogen rebound.

    Thanks for the info bro.

But if its too effective, wouldn't a lower dose achieve the same result as Ldex/Arimidex?

Im going to use Proviron for PCT. Is that a good choice? Plan to use 50 mgs a day during PCT.

Still haven't got my Letro as yet. Is this now too late for a reversal of the puffiness?

The Nolva has stopped the Gyno, so the puffiness hasn't increased in the last 5 days since Ive been on 40 mgs of Nolva a day. But since I haven't got my Letro yet I decided to "bridge" with some Proviron until the Letro arrives. Is this any good?

Good point. I do need to get rid of the prairie on my chest. Ive only tried shaving it off once and that was a most irritating experience - my body itched for days after that.

What do you use for shaving normally? A normal razor or the razors that women use to shave their legs?

I think if you shaved and posted new pictures, people might be able to have a slightly better view and would help determine whether or not.

the first few times you shave your gonna get bad razor burn and itchyness but it'll go away with consistency.

This is the process I use to shave chest and not get any burn

    • Laufa
    • Scrub with body salt
    • Wash with Old Spice Pre- Wash with Tea Tree Oil
    • Shave
    • Moisturize
    • Baby Powder

and you'll be golden, and remember to shave only with the direction of the hair, do not shave againest the direction

Get some buzzers first, then razor it.

And judging from the pics with hair, I think you MIGHT be starting to get a small case of it but, I realy cant tell much and Im not a doctor either.
