If you're goal is to gain mass on the cycle...then just eat! Lots of protein, lots of good carbs and keep your fats unsaturated. Stay hydrated, take care of your insides (like using milk thistle if your on orals) and EAT!

Yes, chicken, cans of tuna, steak (round), eggs (lots of them), brown rice, red potatos, oatmeal, natural peanut butter, flax oil. That's a good start!

Here is what i buy for two weeks:

10lbs of chicken plus 2 fresh pacs w/ 8 breasts
    90 eggs
    12 cans tuna (sold albacore)
    8 steaks
    4 pacs of ground sirloin
    1 20lbs turkey
Plus sweet potato's brown rice, oatmeal usually stuff. Personally i feel your diet should be the same on or off cycle, ppl tend to cut calories coming off cycle and then wonder why they lose thier gains.

    Bro:
Do yourself a favor, if you don't already have a membership to CostCo or Sams Club get one. You can save your self a ton of money. Here is an example: 8/6oz. cans of Kirkland (CostCo brand packaged by Bumble Bee) white albacore tuna for $7.59.
where I live one can of Bumble Bee sells for $1.39. When you do the math it's worth fighting the crowds there.
    Good Luck.

    Shoot high,

All the above answers are essential. Grab some lotion as well, you may need it if you don't have a lady friend.
