I just wanted to say thanks for all the great advice I've got on this site. I've gotten tips on how/when/where/how much juice to use, how to eat, vitimins, hell, even how to curb noxious gas, ;)
but I got the best advice a couple of weeks ago and it is sooo simple but sooo important. I started a thread about poor gains, and after some discussion it was decided my workout routine was the culprit. the advice I got was short, sweet and right on the money---- PICK ONE BODY PART PER DAY AND DESTROY IT!! in just two weeks I am seeing strength AND size gains. I am now on wk 8 of a EQ/TEST CYP stack and am starting to really pack it on.
