    First Cycle, Need advice, Winni cutting cycle?

    Whats up Ive been on AR for a while and i been learning about cutting cycles and I need help with a cycle i would like to start soon. I know winni is great for it but would i need to take anything else with it any other AS? Can anyone also give me a help with a diet plan. I weigh now 235 and i work out 5 days a week for about a year and a half now. If you can help me out on what to take a cycle pan and diet tips thanks.
