Ok looks like any more than a gram of ALA per day causes me to break out in hives. Would 600mg/day do if im on a cycle to 17aa's?
I plan on getting some MIlk Thistle, Cranberry Extract, and NAC as well.
Has anyone checked out or used Tyler's Liver Detox before? Willit protect as well as ALA at 3g/day?
there are conflicting reprts on milt thistle(i still use it,1000mg ed)

Your problem is that you are using the wrong ALA. You need to stop using ALA with the synthetic ALA mixed into it. Get the r-ALA because it is natural ALA. Secondly get the Tyler Liver Detox Factors because it contains all known liver aids whether they are chemical of vitamin (except r-ALA) including one of the most powerful d-glucarate.
