I was hit by an 18 wheeler truck this afternoon
Just wanted to say that NO gear does not make you lose your temper and lose control. Steriods can be taken safely. I am a living example of this by what happen to me today.
I was driving to the gym this afternoon and an 18 wheeler ran over me.
I am glad I was cool about it and all to the police. The trucker was given the ticket and all, that trucker was really a stupid joe too.
It just goes to show that gear if controlled does not cause a guy to lose his cool. If anything I think because my fatigue problem is so much better because I am take HRT I was able to jump out the other side of the car since the driver side door was crumpled.
My attitude is that one should live for today because tomorrow may never come. I believe this more than ever now.
I am loging off now to go lay down. I love this board and just want everyone to know this.......
Damn Houston traffic. My sports car looks like a piece of shit now.Last edited by androplex; 06-07-2002 at 09:00 PM.

glad to see you ok bro
i agree that you have to control yourself when on gear---gear does cause temper and attitude to be worse(hormones and water retention higher bp)but i believe it intensifies your personality if your an asshole already you become worse of one and use gear as an excuse to be an ass.

Basically what they said. Coming out unscathed when you go toe to toe with an eighteen wheeler is not an every day occurance. Your must have been by your side.

First, Im glad you are Ok! Someone, someplace is watching out for you bro, and thats something money cant buy!
Second, much respect to ANYONE, AS or not, who can keep their cool after nearly getting squished by a truck!! Im not sure I would have been able to be so clear headed after such an incident!
Anyway, dont fret about the car! You are fine and thats whats important. You can always get another car, and since it sounds like the truck driver was at fault you will get one sorted by the insurance peeps!
Take care bro, and keep your eyes peeled for trucks!!

Glad to hear you are OK!
My first cycle: I was riding my bicycle and a car cut me off: I was OK, but I had to pay for a huge f**king dent in the guys fender where I hit him!
