viamin E and the prostate

i was doing a little light reading and i came across this neat little study:

C&EN June 3, 2002

"Why does vitamin E reduce the risk of prostate cancer? Shuyuan Yeh, assistant professor of urology and pathology at the University of Rochester and her colleagues have traced the vitamin's beneficial effect to its suppression of the expression of the androgen receptor in prostate cells {Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA, 99, 7408 (2002)}....."

in case you are wondering this means taking vitamin E will help prevent prostate enlargement due to AS. AS enlarges the prostate by stimulating the AR. This is also why AS users are more prone to prostate cancer.
