With a strong diet and lots of fresh receptors, good training and sleep what kind of gains can I expect from this cycle? 6'2 205lbs.

20 pounds of lean body mass. pluss some water and a bit of fat gain most likely.
thats a number I pulled from my mind, if you do things right thats what you'll probably see about.
Would it be worth it to use D-bol?

Imo, 20mg/day dbol isn't enough. I'd go for 30-40mg/day for wks 1-4 if you were to add that in. And have nolvadex on hand just in case. Run clomid post cycle too.
Do you think I will need to use it? Or is the OMNA good enough, and the testolents.
Depends what your cycle experience is and how much you're looking to gain ? I can tell you that i've had really good gains from dbol with test and i don't like to just use test by itself.
Why do you not like to use test by itself?
You like dbol, what if I am prone to gyno?
I don't like to use any one AS by itself. Running a couple of AS together you can get a synergistic effect. As far as gyno is concerned , you can use arimidex to combat this. Nolvadex is good too.
What do you recomend stack it with then?
Imo eq with test would be a good cycle to run. I'd go with 400mg/wk of eq for wks 1-10.
i think you should add something besides test also
the prop is a good idea but i would run it 4 wks and use it at least every other day(everyday would be better ),using this you wont need dbol.
i would add deca or eq @400 mg wk,and run both omna/deca for 10 wks
