how long does the water retention and bloating last for after cycle?

I understand that there are two ways one can retain water and get bloated while on AS: prolactin (or was is progesterone?) and estrogen mediated. Now things like Armidex will stop the esterogen (some of it), while Winstrol might help the prolactin (progesterone?) one. If I stop taking Armidex the same day I take my last shot, I understand that some water retention and bloating will develop over the two weeks when the test. cyp. is still in the body? How long does it usually take for the retained water and bloating to go away?

the test should clear out (as far as sides go) in about 4 weeks.
