i weigh 185 and been working out for 4 year have taken sust and dbol in the past. i wanna take this
200mg of deca a week
250mg of eq a week
250mg of test ethanate a week
know i am prone to gyno so i have proviron and nolva on the side but do not know how to take it. please help
No, that does not sound like a good cycle.
I would use EQ or Deca not both.
Since you're prone to gyno, you should keep the test low. So no deca because you won't be taking enough test to counter deca dick.
Week 1-10 250 mg Test Enan
Week 1-10 400 mg EQ
You can also throw in an oral, such as winny or anavar, for 6-8 weeks. You can also run clen in your cycle for amplified results. I wouldn't use dbol, androl, or halotestin because you're prone to gyno.
Take the nolva 40 mg ed if signs of gyno occur.
yeah i would go with methus because only 200mg a week of eq or deca, is way to small and you will get very little results.
