    sus &eQ cycle

    i started my frist cycle which consist of sus 500mg week and EQ...this is my second week i did 250 sus on monday and 250 sus and 200EQ on thursday.....is 200 EQ enough or do i need to do both on mon and thurs?

    Hey Bro, I am on a SUS 500 EQ 200 cycle right now, If I had it to do over again..I would bump the EQ up to 400. @00 is okay, but results will be alot better with 400 weekly. If you have the gear avail...up it!

    definitely 400mg of eq, better if taken for at leat 8-10 weeks.
