a little extra wieght-- how bought clen

my friend is 5'9" and wieghs approx 220.
he has spent a lot of time in the wieght room, but not lately. lately he has spent more time at the drive through window of tacco bell and the beer section at the local ez stop. he would like to get his weight down to 195 to 200.
i have told him whatever he does he must change his diet. he has also begun doing some cardio. he has not taken any as. would it be safe for him to use clenbuterol without any type of as.

I wouldn't start clen yet, I'd keep up the diet, up the cardio, and maybe an ECA stack before trying clen.
