    Clenbuterol advice

    I just began taking Clen (will take it for about 15 days and it is my first time). I am 22/ 5'8/ 157 so I just want to lose about 10 pounds and that would be great. Should I keep just lifting or should I do cardio instead? Basically will I get to my goal without the cardio and just the lifting?

    Keep lifting. Weight resistance is great exercise. Why would you quit lifting? Add in some cardio for sure if you want to lose weight.

    You need to cycle clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Unless you get ketotifen then you can prolong the cycle.

    ya 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off is the best way do your body dosent get used to it. Also you should notice a little strength gain as well

    You have to LIFT and do CARDIO. By themselves they're both somewhat sub-par methods at burning fat, you combine them though and thats how you get ripped (assuming your diet is good)

    very goods advice, I would also say to add the keto, great to supplement while on a clen cycle.
