Should I use glucosamine

I have heard in other posts that it is a good idea to take 1500 grams of glucosamine when cycling winny to help with joint soreness. I am starting a cycle in July as follows

Week 1-5 50 mg d-bol e/d
week 1-10 400 mg deca & 500 mg Sost ( 2 shots per week)
week 6-12 50 mg Stanol "v" (winny) EOD
clomid 3 weeks after last sost shot

Since I am going to be on Deca do you guys think I will still need the glucosamine??
Should I take the winny at 50 mg e/d or up it to 100 mg eod?

the deca will lube your joints so no need for the glucosamine bro.
do the winny ed,even doublle dosed eod its not as good as everyday,the half life is too short

4plates is right. If you're still going to take glucosamine start right now. It takes a while to become effective.

The deca will help. Winstrol killed my joints. I just got off of it and im glad! Peace
