cycling on\off for a year..

I'll soon be coming to the end of my cycle and i'll be using hcg , clomid and proviron .
i think i should take 2000ui of hcg every fourth day for a month, 100mg of clomid the first two weeks, then 50 mg for another 4 weeks, and take 50mg of proviron throughout the six weeks.
How does this sound? i've been cycling on\off for a year, and my test will be non existent.
any help or am i on the right track?
