Week 6 And Little Gains!
WHATS UP BRO'S,
well i am in week 6 of this cycle and have little gains to show for it.
i am running 500mg sustanon a week and deca (qv) at 300mg a week.
the sustanon is nile and it should be real-green writting no rings,
and the 10 sustanons are pre-load redijets by organon mexico.
the deca is qv deca 300mg/ml 10 ml.
what the hell is up with this cycle?
i've been having pumps but have very little to show for mass.
just slight size, but i mean slight.
when i workout i look bigger cause of the pumps but after the pumps goes down it's bye-bye to the nice bulkness i had in the gym.
Bro's it's week 6, whats the issue here any kind advice?
any at this point is needed.

What's your diet, stats, workout routine, etc. It's hard for anyone to answer with a good answer not knowing the whole picture. I am sure that you are aware there's more to it than just jabbing yourself! Give us the rest of the story bro.

I have to agree with iron horse its 60%diet 40% juice if you eat 2 or 3 meals a day your right !!you won't gain dick!!diet is sooooooooooo important for growth eat eat eat and you shall grow!!

Bro that was almost the same mass cycle I did 2 years ago and let me tell you I was feeling the same way around the same time(weeks 5 or 6).
Thats when I sat down and took a look at everything I was doing.
Make sure you are eating a lot! That is the most important thing I noticed. I wasnt eatin enough calories and protein. Make sure you are taking in enough calories. Make sure you keep your cardio in check. You might be doing too much. Also, I wast getting enough sleep. Get your eight hours and try to get in naps throughout the day. All this shit is important, and must be done or you wont gwt the full affects of muscle growth. If you can honestly say that you are doing all this and you still cant grow, than maybe your gear needs to be checked out. Peace

Agreed. This weekend I take my first shot of Test and Deca ...have been doing DBOL this week also. Day 5 and Im up about 7lbs already!!! Mostly water I know, but Im also eating a hit load of food, mostly protien dense food (beef, tuna, milk, yogurt).
You need to EAT ANIMALS, LIKE AN ANIMAL, if you wanna GROW LIKE AN ANIMAL!!!!!!! oooga

Heres a simple solution: Add 1 gallon of 1% or Nonfat milk a day to whatever it is your eating. That'll get ya growin

eating 2 tablespoons of peanutbutter with every meal worked for me.

SLEEP IS GOOD, 8+HOURS A NIGHT.
AS FOR PROTIEN SHAKES I'M TAKING N'LARGE.
WORKINGOUT 5 TO 6 DAYS A WEEK.
HUNGER IS NOT THAT HUGE, I KNOW THIS ISN'T EXACTLY EQ but no extreme hunger.
horny as hell for the most part. have to get off at least once a day.(the girlfriend is starting to hide at times)
i gather from the hornyness that the juice(test) is in good action.
i am going to organize another eating plan and eat my ass off and take about 4 shakes a day.

how many shakes do you havea day currently? how what you guess your calories and protien are at?
personaly, I stuff my face, and add 3 shakes a day all the time, sometimes 4.
only once a day? off cycle me and gf go at it atleast 3 times daily, often twice that however when we're looking for something to do.
