Keeping Test Only Gains

How many of you guys who have run Test only cycles, keep most of your gains? Is there a better way than with just clomid alone post cycle to hang on to the gains made? Does HCG help much more? Also what about running clomid throughout the cycle, wont that help keep your ball size and allow for a less of a dramatic recovery at the end?

I would assume running arimidex throughout the cycle will keep water retention low and that would in turn keep losses low in the end? Help! I only have experience with deca and I am gathering as much test info as possible!

Here's what you should do.

Assuming you do a 12 week cycle of test, use a long acting compound like Cypionate the first 6 weeks, and Propionate the last 6 weeks.

This is what the cycle would look like:

1-6 - 500mg of Cypionate
7-8 - 350 mg of prop(While the cyp clears your body)
9-12 - 525mg of prop weekly (150 EOD)

HCG weeks 5-6 and week 13

Start clomid w14 for 3 weeks

Arimidex/Liquidex 0.5mg ED during the cycle and clomid therapy, 0.25mgED 2-3 weeks past clomid.

Clen with the clomid for 2-3 weeks.

Test only cycles are not that great, you would do much better if you added another compound.

Big andy's would work good in my opinion, but a simpler test cycle:

ICN test.enth 500mgs/week for 10 weeks

I'd take hcg just before the clomid, then start clomid theropy, and made novladex with that as well?

ive dont a cyp only cycle 10 wk,well i used dbol with it
i didnt use liqidex or anything
got 15 lbs
and kept half after clomid.
use somthing else with it,you will be happier in the end

So judging by your experience 4plates, keeping most of your test only gains really isnt going to happen...I hear alot of mixed reviews, some say test only is awesome others say you lose most when you are done (drug profiles say that gains are mostly water and quickly lost post cycle). This also must contribute to depression post cycle because you gain 30lbs and then lose 15 of it you end up pissed that you are not still "big" so you cycle again.

Why does stacking Test with a compound like deca or eq help you hold on to your gains? What is the theory behind it?

That can easily be avoided with an anti aromatase like Arimidex/Liquidex.

At 0.5mg-1mg ED you will have little if any water retention.
