    help me build my next cycle.

    o.k,

    after this cycle i am on i am going to recover quickly and hit another mass cycle.

    i would like some idea's on respectable quick recovery times and what to use in the cycle.

    i figure for the first part: weeks 1-4 i can run the d-bol at 35mg/ed
    and test prop at ???mg a week.

    i am hoping the d-bol and prop will blow me up quickly till the other stuff kicks in gear.

    as for the other stuff, i am open for suggestion BRO'S.

    past cycles:small test-cyp cycles 200mg/week

    and 500mg sustanon -wk
    300mgdeca-wk (current cycle)


    i want to get huge on this next one. i am done with all these little cycles or cycles that don't show results that make me happy.
    i want people who know me to turn thier heads and say, 'IS THAT HIM'?

    i honestly don't want to do a gram of test a week or something.
    i believe with all the brains on the board i can find the results i am looking for.

    if you didn't get results from those cycles, then your not going to from another one. tell me your meal plan and how many calories you eat a day. estimate protien as well. but really think about it.

    once you can eat properly, assuming you train well

    dbol 35mgs ED (1-5)
    prop 100mgs EOD (1-4)
    ICN test enth 500mgs/week (1-10)
    Eq 400mgs/week (1-10)

    I'd also run something weeks (8-13) ie: winstrol , prop, or primo

    dont touch that cycle until you learn to eat dammit!!!!!!!!

    i like iron horses cycle but i would change a few things
    if your using dbol for beginning save the prop for the end.you wont notice too much size on prop,but it will carry you in the end until clomid.i also like the idea of the winny at the end,heres what i was thinking.
    wk 1-4 dbol 35-50 mg ed
    wk 1-10 test 400-600 mg wk
    wk 1-10 deca 400 mg wk(eq is nice but you want size)
    wk 11-14 prop 75-100 mg ed
    wk 11-14 winny 50 mg ed
    clomid 3 days out
    if you eat mad protien/calories train like a mofo people will seriously be saying " is that him" 20-30 lbs if done right

    good point about the prop and dbol together at the begging.

    I'd listen to him and run the prop with the winny at the end.

    what would be the diff. if he were to use eq instead of deca ?

    eq and deca are similar but with deca you will hold more water and look bigger,i think the end results would be similar but he said he wants to blow up and get big,not that you wont with eq but add an extra 5-10 of water with deca
