sust has prop in it, which kicks in quickly, even though its a small dose u may be sensitive to it and it could make ur blood pressure go up. then again it could just be a coincidence u have the headache....get ur blood pressure checked and find out

Consult you doctor if concerned. He will take your blood pressure, then go from there.

what are u trying to ask ?

Gear raises BP and calorie restriction probably wont help u. Cutting sodium prolly ownt help u either (but u can try). I think runnning sumin that controls could possibly help (are u holding a lot of water?), then there are ofcourse real BP meds, how is ur BP normally.

A-Dex will control the water retention - but after only 5 days - huh, that does seem a bit strange. But the oral could be driving this. What doseage are you taking?

It is hard to say if this is bad or if it is ok.

    1) What is your BP normally?
    2) What is your pulse normally?
    3) How was this reading taken? At rest? AM? PM? What type of monitor was used?
    4) How old are you?

There are way too many variables say that it is the gear or that your BP is actually high (for you).

Your pulse seems high, your blood pressure seems marginal.

The gear could cause an increase in BP in the time period you are talking about. Answer the questions above. If you have a change of 10 points or more, you want to look into this further.

sound to me that there may be a bit of panic causing the high BP. Is this your first cycle? If so, stop lying in bed and thinking about the unknown substance pumping in your blood... Gear cause water retention, increase blood capacity up to 2 pints, so you are bound to raise bp. I use hawthorn...is a good heart and bp regulator..will drop your bp and keep it balanced.. as always...ask your doctor before taking any medications or herbs....
