yeah dude you can take too much of anything. you'll have to wait on some of these guys who really know what their talking to give you any more advice than this but I'm pretty certain much more than 50mg/day will give such a really long lasting and hard boner that it hurts and could cause damage but again wait until someone like PapaPump, Ajax, or bigkev can help you. especially Ajax he seems to be quite fond of prov.

exactly younger... too much of ANYTHING can be bad... 50mg ED should suffice... horrible hurting boner? has happened to me before and is not pretty...
