    Nolvadex/Proviron..question

    Hey Guys..I have a question about Nolvadex and Proviron .
    I'm currently taking Winstrol , Anadrol , and Deca .
    I'm starting my 3rd week.
    I just bought Nolvadex and Proviron b/c I hadn't
    taken anti-estrogens before.
    I was told to begin taking Nolvadex for 3-4weeks, after my cycle
    along with Proviron which would work great.
    What do you guys think?
    Any suggestions?
    I've never taken anti-estrogens before so I would appreciate
    any imput.

    are you saying take them after your cycle ? or take them now and continue through 3-4 weeks after your cycle ?

    I'm sorry if I did not make myself clear.
    I was told after I finished my cycle, to begin taking
    Nolvadex and Proviron for 3-4 weeks.
    What do you think?
