    Workout and Cycle Help?!

    Whats up everyone I need some help. I weight 235 I work out everyday 5 days a week i do rotation on workouts i run 25- 30 minutes i am 21 years old and I am looking to loose some weight and get mass but cut all at the same time i need some help on a cycle diet plan etc etc.

    first of all, understand that you cannot have it all
    at once. make up your mind what you want to
    achieve first. do you want to get cut or bulk up.
    You really cant do both at the same time. Also, how
    often are you running the 30 min, and how does that
    equate to miles ran. do you know your body fat %,
    and what is your current workout routine.
