Alpha Lipoic Acid

Hi guys, I just started my cycle last week. Today was the start of my 2nd week. EQ/T200/Winny.

I have been taking 1000mg/ALA everyday to protect liver.

I want to start taking 3000mg/ALA everyday throughout entire cycle for better results. I have the 500mg capsules.

Should I take 1 with each meal, ( 6 meals total ), which is 3000mg?

Or, can I take 2 capsules with 3 of my meals?

Some say its better to take 1 with each meal to keep it constant, since it is short lasting. What do you think?

I'd spread them out, and I don't think you need more than 2000mgs

Yes, @ a few other boards there have been TONS of guys talking about using ALA @ 3000mg/day + getting awesome results including fat loss.

So I decided since I have so much, to go ahead and take 3000mg/day to protect liver AND get the other benefits.
