need veins
I am 5'11" tall, 192 lbs., 19 years old, 12% bodyfat, train 4-6 days a week, one major muscle per day with cardio and abs often. Also, adequate protein intake and limited carb intake daily. guess i could always eat more protein. I am looking to lose fat, harden the muscles I already have, and get veiny. Please anyone give me some suggestions. As I am in college, keep in mind the budget. Thanks in advance.

How often do you do cardio and for how long?
Hit the cardio 3-5 times a week and see how that works for ya. Not the cycle info you wanted but its a valid suggestion.
Hopefully my more experienced bros and sis's can follow up with any cycle info you have.
Im limited to t3/clen and finasol for now so i cannot speak of the others.

Well most are going to say wait till 20/21 but you are probably going to cycle anyway. Try running some clen watch your diet and run like a MOFO all the time. But if you wan some mass too then maybe some winny and eq.
