    Perhaps I am greatly mistaken but is clomid legal?

    You are not greatly mistaken. Here in the US you can obtain it via prescription only, unless of course you order from one of those "no prescription needed" web-sites.

    you can get a prescription for it,just see your doctor and tell him that your not ovulating,and having a hard time getting pregnant
