hey,
im gettin ready to do my first cycle.
my plans are are to do 400mg/week deca for 5 weeks along with 50mg/week winny for 10 weeks.
im staying away from any test just because it is my 1st cycle, and arent sure what to expect.
im 5'11 173ldbs, 13% bf.
thanks for any opinions, critiscm.
should i use an anti-est after the cycle?
- Deca should be taken for longer than 5 weeks. Its just starting to take effect around that point.
- Winny for 10 weeks is too long. 5-6 weeks is fine.
- Winny at 50mg/week isn't enough. Try 50mg/day or every other day.
What are your goals?
i want to harden-up and cut myself up. i want to be 185-190 of solid muscle.
is the deca a smart way to go, or should i take a test instead??
i agree with excess, im currently on my 3rd week of deca and it is barly starting to kick in, i say do it for at least 8-10 weeks......just my .2
