In regards to fina melting fat thread

Which I could not find via search so hopefully all those interested will check this out....... As I had stated I would get the information from my friend as to the metabolic rate increases from fina and other AAS.......First study was done with no AAS what so ever, the readings he came up with were between 2700 and 2800cals per day (bmr....basal metabolic rate).....with the addition of propinate and eq his bmr increased to an avg of 3200cals per day.....then will still on propinate and eq but with the addition of fina, his bmr increased to 3700cals per day.

how do u work that out bro? I have done bmr before but cant remember?

I haven't done the test personally but it is done by monitoring breathing rate I believe.

Interesting stuff for sure, i assume it's due to increase in protein Sys. But good info just the same.
