Today is the day...

Whats up every1 today is the start of my cycle but i got a couple of questions about dosages because alot of people tell me different. I am about to hit with this cycle:

Deca 300 Mg (M&Thurs) 5-7 3000

Cranberry Extract 1-7 -


So far i am breaking the dbols down as 2 pills 3 times a day every day, is this cool cuz alot of people tell me to take them all @ once like 2 1/2 hours before workout...lol by the way i am 150 my goal is 175.

Does this look good? any advice? eat everything?

What's up with the extra zero behind your total doses?

At any rate, I like to take my dbol throughout the day like you have planned. Throw out the Deca, 2 weeks won't do anything...

What are your stats?

I'm sorry but it's very hard for me to understand your cycle. Are you saying you're taking 5mg dbol ED? What does the 1000 mean?And the sust, are you taking 250mg per week or once on Mon and once on Thurs equalling 500mg per week? Maybe it's just me but i can't make any sense of that...

about post cycle, i am lean and a lil ripped right now do u think i will need nolvadex? i know clomid is good but what about ending with hcg or primo?

NO youll need nolv...just in case..you dontwant to start grwoing tits....and clomid is a must..nothing works like clomid

iight lemme break it down sorry about the chart lol,

d-bol will be running for 4.5 weeks @ 6-8 pills per day every day

sust will be running 5 weeks @ 500mg on monday and thursda totalling 1000mg per week for 5 weeks

fina will be running weeks 1-6 every other day 1 cc

deca is coming in in week 5 after the sust at 1 cc on monday and 1 cc on thursdays totaling 600mg for the week

RESEARCH bro.....you need to do your research! No flame man but SUS for 5 weeks....and then Deca for only 2 weeks......lol.....what are you trying to achieve here? IMO....here is a better cycle to use for the type of gear you have.

Weeks 1-4 Dbols 30mg ED
Weeks 1-8 Sus @ 500mg
Weeks 1-8 Deca @ 300mg
Weeks 6-11 Fina @ 75mg ED
Clomid starts 3 days after last Fina inject: 300mg day 1, 100 next 10 days, 50mg for the final 10 days.
ALWAYS have novaldex on hand in case of gyno symptoms (it won't help with deca or fina gyno tho).

Also with your stats you may be able to lower these dosages and still get good results (that is if diet, training, and rest are in check). Do some more research bro before you start sticking yourself....JMO.

azlifter is right, but i would extend the 8 weeks to 10 or even 12. that's when you'll start to see all your gains.
