Deca and joints

I've read that Deca is beneficial for joint problems. Is it temporary and is it true?

its true, it helps you lift more weight.

It's true but temporary - if you have problems wioth joints i would use glucosamine and chondroiton as well

What else is new??!:rolleyes: hehe...Anyway, ya i take Glu.&Chr and it totally helped me, I still take it today and have recommended it to 3 friends....all with postive results.

I take Glu& Chr as well, it has totally helped me out. I have been takeing it now for 6 months. Very Good Suff.

actually I didnt notice much from the glucosmaine but the one I bought so much of didnt have the chrodontin so maybe thats the key ingredient I stopped taking it a while ago now and still ok but as for deca well at first I used to think it was shit but it really is good for your joints when you come of it you will really know what I mean if you have any aches and pains before your cycle
