she is currently about 116lbs, and has been working out with me for about the last 6mths. She has done the xenadrine thing, it worked fairly well. We were just lookin to put a little more lean muscle on her while still losing some bodyfat. Her ideal weight would be about 107-110lbs but all muscle. Any ideas would be appreciated..
