Help! Trouble in Texas.

My husband, a conditional permanent resident, went to Mexico and bought 2 bottles of stanozolol (50mg/20ml each) and 1 vial of Dianabol (25mg/50ml) He was cought in Houston Tx. and was arrested. He is being charged with 2 misdemeanors and is scheduled to be in court on July 3rd. My question is what's the worst that can happen? Do you have any advice on our current situation?

Misdemeanor= not more than a year in jail.

Seriously, probably can cut a deal and go on probabtion with a fine.

Well it kind of depends. His status as a resident may depend on him not breaking the law.

But if hes lawyer is even ok he should be alright. How did he get busted in houston for something he bought in mexico?

C'mon guys...this can't be helping her state of mind. Arhana, lets see what some of the others have to say. If it's a firsttime offence I think you could be ok as long as everything is done acording to spec.

Pete235 is right. A buddy of mine got caught with 4 bottles of EQ and 2 vials of Enan. last summer.
First offense, got 2 years probation and 75hrs community sevice. They have never even called him in for a random drug test(even though they don't test for roids)but I would still expect a test.

As far as his residency, I cannot offer any info on.

But letes get to the point, put it this way aranha, i got popped for possession of class B with intent to distribute, possession within 1000ft of school zone and driving with a revoked license, and i got 6 months continuence without a finding. had to see probation ever months, and had drug tests once a month as well....

Your husbad should fine...just pay for a good lawyer

Was he attempting to see/distribute there in Houston? I can not see him getting busted there after the checkpoint with customs.

he probably did somthing wrong cos for 3bottles
it seems to little for him not able to hide them
good, i also had 3bottles in one bag and 23amps
in other bag security searched both bags nothing
made..
