Advice for the new guy please!!

Im 5'10" 201lbs. 29yrs. old have been working out for a little over 2 years now. I just finished a 6 week cycle of Nordadren 200mg. Deca and Dura-Test 250mg. It was 400 mg. of deca and 250mg of test a week. i went from 184 lbs to 201 and i am happy with the results i would like you advice on my new cycle I bought 2/10ml. bottle of Ttokyo 300mg. and I also have some Dura-test 250mg. left. I would like to know on how to take this to bulk up nice or if i would need something else. Thanks for all you help up front and please dont get mad at me for asking how to use the leftovers. :wg:

bro I would up the dose of test to 500 mg a wk and run the cycle a little longer this time like at least 8-10 wks. You also need to eat as much as possiable up the calories that should help you gain nicely. But wait until you have a few post and see what else people have to say . i'd do just what nitro said but add some dbol to the first 4-5 weeks at like 25mg per day
have nolvs on hand and get clomid for post cycle

if you're taking the deca at 300 a wk, you could get away with only uping the test to 400 a wk being your 2nd cycle and all, but whatever. the biggest thing is eat.....eat.....eat:D

make sure that you don't start the cycle too soon.

IMO.....time on = time off

This allows your receptors to freshen up a bit. ;)
