    Question Facial Bloating Question!please Help!

    I have a question for anyone that has experience. What is the best thing I can take or do to preven my face from bloating when I take my first cycle?? Please let me know. I appreciate it.

    use armidex all cycle .5mg every day or use nolvadex when needed 20mg ed till the bloat goes down then use experiment with doses of nolva to keep it at bay if need be

    So using this armidex prevents your face from bloating right? Ok are ther any legal supplements that you know of that works to prevent facial bloating, if I cant get my hands on that?

    I had a problem with bloating and I tried dandelion root and green tea extract. This combo helped a bit... not as good as nolva or arimidex but they might work for you... both are legal herbals that are natural diuretics. Good luck!

    I plan on trying dandelion root with my next cycle as the facial bloating pisses me off. Liquidex/Arimidex is the best bet though. There is usually some though depending on your cycle. Liquidex is only effective for steroids that aromatize.
