    injected this morn..almost passed out???

    deca 400mgs/wk 1-10
    test 500mgs/wk 1-10
    winny 50mgs ed 8-13
    nolvla 20mgs ed
    clomid at end

I am still on my first week...on Mon the shot went as smooth as butter....no pain no nothin(right glute) (3/4 cc deca - 1cc of enanthate ...same syringe).
This mornin i stuck myself in my left glute...I changed needles after i filled the syringe.....it hurt the second i put it in. I drew back to see if i hit a vessle ...a bubble appeared so i immediatly pulled out. Swapped out needles and proceed to hit another spot. Went in fine..but as i was injecting i started to get light headed. I had to grunt and strain got real hot and sweaty just like i was about to pass out. I have done sus those shots hurt but never got lightheaded. Was it my diet?
    On Monday
    i have 6 egg whites
2 pieces of 12 grain bread and 4 glasses of water before i injected.
    Today
All i had was 4 egg whites no bread and 2 glasses of water.
Was i dehydrated...didnt have enough carbs?

When i injeted today i it was my left side....i felt as though i was gonna cramp in my left side.
\Has anyone had this happen to them?

I don't think it would be diet. You might of had a regular'ol panic attack. I get them from time to time.
Excellerated heart beat, light headedness, on severe cases you can black out for a second.

Other than that I 've heard thats the reaction to shootin a vein but you mentioned you aspirated.

I agree with Pheedno and it's very common. Happened to my wife the other night. She wanted to try injecting her own quad (primo) and after it went in she felt like she was going to pass out, so I did it for her and will continue to do so. Luckily I don't have that problem, I was jammin a 23g pin in my biceps last night while watching television...it's better than pocorn!!!

Sounds like you hit a vein..Can be very disconcerting..and it hurts. But you are very light on carbs and this can cause what you experienced from a lack of blood sugar.

    About the air bubble...

    AbsolutDonkey,

When you aspirate (draw back on the needle) to see whether you've hit a vein, it's okay if you pull in an air bubble--that means the end of the needle is not in a vein (although, you may have gone through one). As long as you do not see blood enter the syringe, you're good to go. In other words, you did not have to switch needles when you saw the bubble, you could have just continued with the injection. (If you see an air bubble when you aspirate, it is okay to shoot the air bubble back into your muscle--since it was already there).

I've spoken to my doctor and his assistants extensively about intramuscular injections--they taught me how to do it; so the info I'm giving you here is solid.
