i have proper diet protien shakes amino gold vitiman packs ,creatin, milk thistle what else can i purchase to help my insides and increase my out sides as well? i know how to run my cycle its just need to know what is out there to help me out more while on my cycle that i can buy over the counter?:confused: :confused:
Maybe cranberry extract, helps flush the kidney's and keep em top notch. It's actually reccomended for women with urinary tract infections...but where does the urine originate? Through fluids consumed which has to pass through the KIDNEYS. Just make sure you're drinking plenty of water to keep joints lubes, well..basically just to function correct. And get the cals up, that'll be the key factor in growing or not.

Also, ALA is good to protect the liver.
thanks for the info but what is the ala for the liver?also the cranberry extract do i do this on a daily basis.
