What is a good amt of ALA to take per day?

what about milk thisthle ive taken and never had any liver pains or anything while on dbol or anything is that good?

I use 600-800mg a day. On cycle I will use a gram to 1.2

do u space out your ALA dose or take it one time?

good info. thanks alot

ALA has a very short half-life so it is def. better to spread out through the day. Also, it's best to be taken right before you eat something solid....some food, a snack, protien shake......something that the ALA can absorb into. This helps prevent any upset stomach problems....like the one's users experience when ALA is taken on an empty stomach.
Plus the ALA will use the carbs in the food to pump up your muscle cells.
