    Shot Day vs. Leg Day

    Hey all, I was just wondering how you guys spread this out, I have had some sore glutes in the past, but last week I happened to take my shot the morning of my leg day, actually about 2 hours before I went to the gym, I had the worst glute pain for a week, that I've ever had, and the ball didn't go away for 6 days.

    i do legs on fridays, and shots are sunday and wednesday. Any closer than that, and it affects my workout.

    you should better avoid doin your legs injections on the legs day bro,it's sore like hell and you won't be able to train correctly.

    I do my shots on monday and thursday ... and train my legs monday .. never had a problem before .. just work through it .. it actually makes me push harder knowing i just shot up an hour before i got to the gym ...

    Very easy solution bro, delay your shot a few hours and shoot AFTER your workout...
