Questions about Cutting cycle

I want to bulk a lot, but i also want to get ripped and i know you can't do both at the same time. I am going to do a dbol/deca/test cycle to bulk, but would it be better to do a cutting cycle before, then bulk, or bulk then cut? I am also wanted to know if 5 weeks of 50mg winny depot everyother day would be sufficient. I also wanted to through in clens with it. How much do you usually take for 5 weeks. I did a lot of research on bulking, i just need info on this thanks bros.

What are your stats? If you have a high BF, then yes, do some cardio and make sure your diet is clean to drop your bf. Then do a bulking cycle. Are you asking if 5 weeks of winny by itself is a good cycle?
