i wouldnt stop training hard either while off of the sauce,
i recently finished my cycle and i am training just as hard although i did change my entire routine, i am training for definition and cuts now, i will do that for about 6- 8 weeks then train for size again.
i find this to be very effective for me, becasue i am shocking my muscles
