    Jacuzzi?? good, or bad?

    Hey all, I've been having some pain in my joints recently and the last couple nights I've been going and spending about an hour in a Jacuzzi, now I don't know if it's at all related, but I've felt like I have no energy the last couple days, anyone else get this?

    Or in general Jacuzzis good, or bad when your on / off gear?

    KC- Hot tub is GOOD GOOD GOOD! I have had bad elbow pain, like tennis albow for a few years and the hot tub does wonders for it- as well as all other aches and pains..... I heat mine up to 103-104.... But an hour is def too long. Your blood thins and you get dizzy. It should do opposite.. Try goin in for like 20 minutes after you workout, and it should help loosen you up and increase your circulation......

    it depends who's in the tub with ya! just kidding, but like Ott said, an hour's too long. I personally feel drained after chillin' in the hot tub, but it does eleviate muscle soreness for me.
