Coming off of T-3

I'm currently on the coming down portion of my T-3 cycle and I am wondering when and if I should start using an ECA. I do not want the fat that I lost to come back between the time I stop the T-3 and the time my thyroid kicks back in. If I eat clean and hit the cardio should I have anything to worry about.

You could rebound a little. I would start the ECA the last few days of the Thyroid then keep it going for a few weeks.

are kelp pills an option, IIRC the iodine would help the thryroid
