How does creatine help in post-cycle?
I noticed a lot of people take creatine in the post cycle. Why??? Does it help to keep the gains? I just don't understand that physiology or the connection between AS and creatine...?

creatine helps gorge the muscle with water, leaving them fuller and helping to keep your gains. Plus creatine is going to do what it does, make you stronger and bigger with more endurance (not like AS but hey, its still good)
