    Results so far...Flex321(Posted on EliteFitness also)

    My cycle has been like this so far:
    wk1-4 30mg/ed dbol
    wk1-10 500mg/wk cyp
    wk1-8 300mg/wk eq
    wk8-12 fina 75mg/wk
    wk8-12 50mg/wk winny

    It seems like alot but so far in wk 9 im up just around 10lbs... I kept calories low trying not to put on to much fat, but should have kept them high. Also I usually use around 750mg/wk test but figured i'd do less this time and see how it went. I still have about three weeks left in this cycle and I'll see what the end brings.

    how low was your calories and protien?

    well like you said I think you should have made your daily caloric intake higher but 9-10lb muscle gain is great for a low caloric diet....
