My first Cycle! I need some help and guidance!

About me:
I am 20y (21 in Oct) male, who is 190cm tall and weigh about 90kg(180lbs). I have a fat percentage surely over 15, and was thinking of gaining some mass!

So, I listened to some friends advice, checked this site for info, and made myself my first cycle! :D

I need help with the cycle. Is it good? Why/why not? What could I change? Please give me a reason for your suggestions.

OK! This is the cycle (14 weeks):

Deca: 10 weeks, starting from week 1
1. to 10.week: 300mg/week

Sustanon 250: 10 weeks, starting from week 1
1. to 4.week: 250mg/week
5. and 6.week: 250mg twice a week
7. to 10.week: 250mg/week

Nolvadex: 10 weeks, starting at week 4
4. to 13.week: 10mg/day

Proviron: 10 weeks, starting at week 4
4. to 13.week: 50mg/day

Clomid: 2 weeks, starting at week 12
12.week: 2tabs/day
13.week: 1tab/day

Clenbuterol: 10 weeks, starting at week 5
5.week: 1tab/day
6.week: 2tabs/day
7.week: 3tabs/day
8.week: 4tabs/day
9.week: 5tabs/day
10.week: 5tabs/day
11.week: 4tabs/day
12.week: 3tabs/day
13.week: 2tabs/day
14.week: 1tabs/day

Explaining:

I chose Deca and Susta as my main cycle.

The Nolvadex and Proviron cycle is to avoid estrogen and bitchtits!
Is the timing right, or should i start sooner/later?

Clomid is used 2 weeks after the deca-susta cycle, so it can restore the body's own testo production.

The Clenbuterol cycle, is to help the deca-susta cycle, and try avoiding too much loss after the cycle.

Wow! Awesome research bro. I;m gonna re type it so maybe it looks easier...Either use 250 test/wk or 500 wk...

Wk1-10: Sust 250 or 500mg, Deca 300mg
Wk1-10: 50mg proviron ed
Wk1-2,5-7,9-11: Clen ---Start at 2 tabs, and increase by 1 a day, until you reach either 7 tabs..or until you can't take anymore. Continue at the highest dose for the rest of the 14 day cycle...drop the clen and then run ECA for two weeks while 'off' clen.

Nolva only if you need it.
Clomid starts week 13. 300mg day 1/ 100mg 10 days/ 50mg 10 days

OK, I am gonna try what you say. with sust 250mg/week.
I am not gonna double the dose in week 5 and 6.
I knew there was something fishy about my clen-cycle! Thanks for the tips, bro! :)

is the clen cycle, like 2weeks on, and 2weeks off?
Just wanna make sure!
ECA is ephdrine, coffein and aspirin right? Do I HAVE too? Because with ephedrine (I've tried it!) I never get to sleep good! :(
And thats bad for the cure, isnt it?

BTW, if I use 400mg deca and 250 susta, will that be even better?
But is it good to do it on my first cycle???

Do you know how much mass gain, I will gwt if done right?

Yes, clen is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off...

and as a rule of thumb most people like to keep the Test amounts larger than the amounts of Deca.

So I should use 200mg of deca and 250 mg of susta. Because I dont wanna use to much test. ;)

Now I think I'm ready for the big thing!!! I'm starting in about a month, I'll post the results here!
