Help in what steriods to take 1st cycle

Ok I have a few diffrent steriods to use I have 4 months worth of each.. I know these are real cause my friend got them prescribed by his doctor and gave them to me..
I have Deca-Durabolin 200mg , Deppo Testosterone 200mg, Anadrol-50 & Winstrol tabelts 2.5mg

Like I said I have about 12 Vials of Decca, 2 10ml Vials of deppo, and 120 anadrol-50 pills, and 480 winstrol tabelts. so I have enought for a few cycle's...

What is a good stack for FAST muscle results?? I will be working with a personal Trainer and on a good diet plan.
