there are a lot of possibilities here.
that being said, i would just choose one or the other(preferably the tv's), and run with it, or stack another compound with whatever you choose.
you could run these 2 together, but since you would only be shooting the sus once a week, the fast acting esters in the sus would be wasted anyways, so you might as well just shoot the tv's(with the longer acting esters) and be done with it. after all, thats all youre going to utilize from the sus anyways.

What i would like to do is add another 250mgs of the TestEX ELMU Prolongatum 250 on Tues. Would it be worth doing or just hold onto it for my next cycle?? thxs for the advice!!

I personnally don't see the point of combining to long acting esters like Testex, Sus, or Testoviron, maybe shoot some prop to begin with as an alternative to D-Bol, but stick to one test if you want 500mg then take s shots of sus or two shot of testex.
