    Cool Help Me With My First Cycle

    Hey guys,
    I am doing AS for the first time so I need you guyz help. OK heres the deal... I got access to basically every popular AS.. tren , deca , winny, primo, sustanon , test and so forth.


    I am a big fan of Tren for obvious reasons and I want your help to design a 8-12 week cycle of how much i shud take and what i should stack with what. Could you guys help me??



    ALSO my friend did em before and he looks wicked.. is there a Cutting cycle you know for HIM??

    You need to post age height weight and past experince with weighttraining before we can give advice bro.

    IMHO tren is not the drug I would recommend for a first timer. However, why don't you throw us a little more info first. How old are you? Weight? Height? How long training? What is your diet like? What are you goals?

    sorry guys
    i am 6' 188pounds 9% BF and been training seriously for 3 years now, I want to put on about 15-20 pounds of lean mass. My diet is VERY healthy consisting of right amount of protein, carbs and multivitamins and veggies

    Nope...east coast thug

    At 9% you're already fairly lean so if I were you I would opt for a nice test/deca /dbol stack. Maybe something like this:

    weeks 1-4 dbol @ 35mg/day
    weeks 1-10 deca @ 400mg/week
    weeks 1-10 test (sust, enth ot cyp) @ 400-600mg/week (500mg/week for sust)
    week 13 start clomid therapy
    Also, have nolvadex or arimidex before starting

    If your diet is spot on, your training is intense and your rest and recovery periods are adequate, it's concievable that you could put on 15-25lbs...this being your first cycle. Good luck bro!
