I'm a little confused on injection times on my first cycle.
wks1-4 35mg dbol ed
wks1-8 sust. 500mg
wks1-8 deca 400mg
now do I inject 250mg of sust mon/thurs and 200mg deca mon/thurs
or is it 500mg sust mon/thurs and 400mg deca mon/thurs but wouldn't that be 1000mg of sust a wk and 800mg of deca a wk? Confused???
what you said first was right. if your doing 500mgs of sus do 250mgs mon and 250mgs thurs. as for deca same thing. 200mgs mon and 200mgs thurs. or you could do the deca tues and fri. its up to you. some say that with sus cause its long acting you can do 500mgs on say mon and be fine for a week. i prefer to split the dose though to get the effect of the prop in the sus which is fast acting. good luck g / later

4plates, thanks...jeeze its not that hard. a billion sites say inject deca and sust both once a week, dont bother e5d, its not even worth it. no flame, just some thoughts

im on sus and deca now, 1ml every four days, mixed half and half...i find it works better in low doses longer...
Some bro's recommend taking the shot on a every 3-4day basis, instead of mon/thur..this would have you injecting whenever the 3rd or 4th day falls, which could help with the different acting esters in the sus.
